Socialite refund and return policy
At Socialite Luxury, we strive to provide you with a luxurious and seamless shopping experience. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns once a product has been opened or used.
1. General policy
- Products once delivered cannot be returned, reused, or resold if opened or used.
- Our products contain natural extracts and active ingredients, and we recommend a patch test before full application.
- Damages resulting from negligence, incorrect usage, or allergic reactions will not be covered under this policy.
2. Refund policy
While we take every effort to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition, the following outlines our refund procedure:
- Socialite Luxury is not responsible for any damage occurring after the delivery of products.
- A mandatory unboxing video (with original sealed packaging visible) is required to process any claims related to:
- Missing items
- Leakage or breakage
- Damaged or incorrect products
- If your package is tampered with or visibly damaged, please refuse to accept it at the time of delivery.

- Use the subject line: “Refund For [Order Number]” and attach relevant images/videos.
- If your order status shows “Delivered” but the item has not been received, notify us within 24 hours. No claims will be entertained after this period.
- Refunds do not include shipping/delivery charges, as these are non-refundable.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to the bank account provided by the customer within 4–7 working days.
- If the refund claim is approved, please allow up to 15 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- Once initiated, we will share all relevant details, including transaction ID and screenshots, for your reference.
3. Return policy
Returns are applicable only in the rare instance of extreme transit damage:
- Returns or exchanges may be initiated only for:
- Leaked items
- Broken or damaged products
- Missing products from your order
- The customer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return or exchange. Each request will be reviewed based on our return criteria.
4. Cancellation policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please review our policy below:
- How to Cancel an Order
- To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:
- Cancellation Before Shipment
- If your order has not yet been shipped, we will refund the full amount to your original mode of payment.
- A 2.5% gateway charge will be deducted from the refund amount in case of cancellation.
- Refunds for paid orders will be processed within 15 business days of cancellation confirmation.
- Cancellation After Shipment
- If your order has already been shipped, no cancellation or refund will be possible.
